This is a dance. Not just an ordinary dance one would see in a ballroom, but this was quite interesting. Right now I am wondering why I have never thought of this before: to have these two practising on each other. Teyla is a woman of choreography, her movements are intricate, and depending on her opponent, she adjusts her movements. Elizabeth however…. As far as I can remember, I’ve never seen her fight without any weapons, but to see her holding those sticks while she watches Teyla with that determination…

Ah good! The first blow falls!

So this is the taste of sweet and hard fought victory. The kiss before was not like how he holds me now, warm and close, surrendering ourselves to our Truth. How long have I loved you? How long have we both denied that we belonged together? Why did it take our precious gift to each other to reunite us? Why has it taken so long for him to see what we both could not face?
